My name is Satish Jadav, and my professional journey began in 2020 when I founded Kwelett Digi Labs to gain practical experience and financial independence. In my role as Assistant Manager, I was responsible for coordinating WiFi tower installations, supporting field teams, managing vendor negotiations, and facilitating client interactions. After a year, I transitioned to Foreign Buddy, a U.S. visa consultancy, where I initially worked as a Visa Consultant and was later promoted to Office Manager. Here, I handled client meetings, supervised team tasks, arranged seminars, and led lead-generation efforts on social media. This experience sparked my passion for sales and client relations, motivating me to join Disha Estate Management in July 2022 to further develop my skills in real estate. As a Team Leader at Disha Estate, I worked closely with builders and investors, coordinated client visits, and managed paperwork and client services post-deal, gaining a deeper understanding of the real estate field.

In 2024, I took a major step in my career by revamping and expanding our family business, Greenacre Properties, originally established by my father, Manubhai Jadav, in 2015. My father has over 11 years of experience in real estate, with deep expertise in plots and land transactions, while I bring over three years of diverse experience in residential, commercial, and leasing properties. The name Greenacre reflects our commitment to sustainable and valuable real estate developments, where “Green” symbolizes growth and vitality, and “Acre” signifies the land and property sector. Together, we offer a comprehensive suite of real estate services, combining my father's in-depth knowledge of land with my focus on broader property dealings.
